Morton Waynwood

Ser Morton Waynwood is a knight of House Waynwood, the eldest son and heir of Lady Anya Waynwood of Ironoaks. After the death of Lord Jon Arryn he was among the suitors who sought the hand of the widowed Lysa Arryn at the Eyrie. During Tyrion Lannister's trial by battle he predicted an easy victory for Ser Vardis Egen over the sellsword Bronn, a prediction proven wrong when Bronn slew the knight. The wiki infers Morton to be the father of Ser Roland Waynwood, who is named in The Winds of Winter as a grandson of Lady Anya and a nephew of Ser Wallace: as the second son Donnel was born too late to be Roland's father, only the eldest son Morton fits.
